When booking, you are invited to a personal experience where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and view our jewellery up close. Here, you also have the opportunity to collect your order, explore our collections, or create a bespoke piece together with us.
CERTIFICATE
All jewellery is delivered with a certificate of authenticity. This certificate guarantees that the piece is genuine as described. Diamonds from 0.20 carat and above are accompanied by a certificate issued by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
DELIVERY & PICK-UP
Each piece is made to order and delivered within 2–4 weeks. For express delivery with a lead time of 1–2 weeks, please contact us directly at +45 28 44 50 10. You are also welcome to collect your jewellery from our showroom in the heart of Copenhagen.
SIZE GUARANTEE
We offer complimentary ring resizing within 90 days of purchase. Your ring should fit perfectly – and we will make sure it does.

RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return policy.
1 | Pack the item in the same way it was delivered, including the jewellery, certificate, and receipt.
2 | Complete the return form via the link provided in your order confirmation email.
3 | Visit your local post office to print and attach the required shipping label and send the item.
You are required to return the item in the same condition and quantity as received.
