DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
We have chosen not to have a physical store, as we have removed the conventional costs normally associated with a traditional jeweller's shop. Instead, we have an office located in Copenhagen K, where we offer the opportunity to book a date and enjoy a cup of coffee. Here you can view jewellery, have it delivered, receive advice and guidance, custom design jewelery and more.
WHAT'S THE DELIVERY TIME?
When you place an order, the jewelery will be manufactured and the delivery time is expected to be between 1-3 weeks. Your order is delivered with GLS, where the package is insured and trackable.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR CUSTOM MADE JEWELRY?
Custom-made jewelry usually requires a production time of 2-3 weeks, but the delivery time can vary depending on the complexity of the task. So if you need a delivery within 2-3 weeks, you can contact us directly at info@jonatandror.dk and we will respond within 12 hours.

CAN I GET AN ENGRAVING?
Yes , we offer free engraving on most jewellery. Access the live chat at the bottom right or contact info@jonatandror.dk and we will take care of your case.
HOW DO I RETURN?
1. Complete the attached return form.
2. Pack the item as you received it.
3. Complete package label via your order confirmation link.
HOW IS THE PACKAGING?
All jewelery is delivered in elegant and exclusive packaging. If you would like a personal handwritten letter, please add this as a note to your order.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENTS DO WE ACCEPT?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron and American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Mobilepay and Viabill.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You have 60 days to return the item from the day you receive the package. Read more about returns here
PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS?
When we receive your return, it will typically take 3-4 banking days before the amount is visible in your bank account.
DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO RETURN AN ORDER?
No , Jonatan Dror pays for the shipping costs associated with a return. Your package will be returned via a GLS insured shipment.
WHEN WILL MY PAYMENT BE WITHDRAWED?
As soon as your order is packed and prepared for shipping.

IS YOUR JEWELRY NICKEL-FREE?
Yes , all jewelery is delivered nickel-free.
DO YOU SHIP GLOBALLY?

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS & VAT
Product prices include tax. This means that the amount in the checkout is the total price including delivery.
Delivery outside the EU requires payment of customs duties or other costs. Contact your local customs office for questions about customs regulations in your country.
WHAT DO WE DO IF A PACKAGE IS LOST DURING DELIVERY?
It happens extremely rarely, but if the accident were to occur, we of course have insurance that covers it.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE THE JEWELERY YOU SELL CLEANED AND SERVICED?
Yes , it is possible to have your jewelery cleaned/serviced. You just have to fill out the formhere and we will take care of your case. All jewelery is sent for repair at a local workshop.
WHEN WILL A CERTIFICATE WITH THE DIAMOND BE DELIVERED?
All diamonds over 0.40 carats come with a certificate from the GIA. If the diamond is under 0.40 carat, you can still have it delivered with a GIA certificate, just contact mehere .
Alternatively, you can also choose to have your diamond delivered with an IGI certificate.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY RING DOESN'T FIT?
We offer free adjustment of your ring size by up to five numbers within 90 days of your order date. Have your ring customized so that it fits you like a glove.
