DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

We have chosen not to have a physical store, as we have removed the conventional costs normally associated with a traditional jeweller's shop. Instead, we have an office located in Copenhagen K, where we offer the opportunity to book a date and enjoy a cup of coffee. Here you can view jewellery, have it delivered, receive advice and guidance, custom design jewelery and more.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR CUSTOM MADE JEWELRY?

Bespoke jewellery normally has a production time of 3–4 weeks, though delivery may vary depending on the complexity of the piece. If you require delivery within a specific timeframe, please contact us directly at info@jonatandror.dk

CAN I PICK UP MY PACKAGE?

Yes, you can collect your order at Hammerensgade 1, 2nd floor, 1267 Copenhagen K, Denmark

CAN I GET AN ENGRAVING?

Yes, we offer complimentary engraving on most jewellery pieces. Please contact us at +45 28 44 50 10 or via info@jonatandror.dk, and we will take care of your request.

HOW DO I RETURN?

Return your order

1 | Pack the item in the same way it was delivered, including the jewellery, certificate, and receipt.
2 | Complete the return link provided in your order confirmation email.
3 | Visit the post office to print and attach the required shipping label and send the item.

You are obliged to return the item in the same condition and quantity as received.

HOW IS THE PACKAGING?

All jewelery is delivered in elegant and exclusive packaging. If you would like a personal handwritten letter, please add this as a note to your order.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENTS DO WE ACCEPT?

At Jonatandror.com, you can pay with MobilePay, Anyday, Klarna, bank transfer, as well as all major cards and payment solutions – including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You have 30 days to return the item from the day you receive the package. Read more about returns here

PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS?

When we receive your return, it will typically take 3-4 banking days before the amount is visible in your bank account.

DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO RETURN AN ORDER?

No, Jonatan Dror covers the shipping costs associated with a return. Your package will be returned via a GLS insured shipment.

WHEN WILL MY PAYMENT BE WITHDRAWED?

As soon as your order is packed and prepared for shipping.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

IS YOUR JEWELRY NICKEL-FREE?

Yes, all jewellery is delivered nickel-free.

DO YOU SHIP GLOBALLY?

WILL I BE CHARGED DUTY & VAT

All product prices are listed inclusive of duty. This means that the amount you see at checkout is the total price, including delivery.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, VAT, or other charges may be applied in the destination country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs authorities.

WHAT DO WE DO IF A PACKAGE IS LOST DURING DELIVERY?

It happens extremely rarely, but if the accident were to occur, we of course have insurance that covers it.

CAN I GET AN ENGAGEMENT OR WEDDING RING SPECIALLY DESIGNED?

IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE THE JEWELERY YOU SELL CLEANED AND SERVICED?

Yes, it is possible to have your jewellery cleaned or serviced. Simply fill out the form here, and we will take care of your request. All jewellery is sent for repair at a local workshop.

IS A CERTIFICATE INCLUDED?

All jewellery comes with a certificate of authenticity. This certificate guarantees that the piece is genuine as described. Diamonds of 0.20 carat and above are supplied with a certificate issued by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).

WHAT DO I DO IF MY RING DOESN'T FIT?

We offer free adjustment of your ring size by up to five numbers within 90 days of your order date. Have your ring customized so that it fits you like a glove.

TAX FREE

When you shop with us, you can take advantage of the international tax-free program and receive a refund of the VAT on your purchases. It's a simple process:

1. Shop as usual
Browse our selection and make your purchases as usual.

2. Get a Global Blue Form
When you are ready to pay, please inform our staff that you would like to avail of the tax-free refund. You will receive a Global Blue Form containing all the necessary information.

3. Customs approval
When you leave the country, you must present your purchases, Global Blue Form, and passport at customs to have them stamped. This step is essential to ensure a correct refund.

4. Refund
Visit a Global Blue Refund Office or submit your form via email to receive your VAT exemption. The refund can be made in cash or credited to your credit card, depending on your preference.
