1 | DESIGN
The design process is simple and easy. It can take place over the phone, on Instagram, via email or at a personal meeting. We will discuss the options, design and materials to ensure it fits your budget
3 | VISUALIZATION
You will receive photorealistic 3D renderings of your jewellery, as shown in the image. This provides the most precise and detailed impression of how the finished piece will look.
4 | FINAL
The delivery time is 3–4 weeks. You can choose to collect the jewellery at our office in Copenhagen or have it securely shipped with an insured carrier, including a tracking number.

DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time is typically 3–4 weeks from the moment the design is approved and we have received the first part of the payment.
DELIVERY & PICK-UP
You can choose to pick up the jewelry at our office in Copenhagen or have it shipped safely with an insured shipping company that includes a tracking number.
TERMS & PAYMENT
To initiate production of a bespoke piece, a prepayment of 50% of the total amount is required. The remaining balance is settled upon delivery or collection.
TERMS
When ordering a bespoke piece, our standard terms no longer apply. This means we do not offer free resizing or any form of return. All purchases are binding from the moment the design is approved and production begins. There is no right of withdrawal, even in cases where the piece has not yet been produced or delivered.
