BOOK AN APPOINTMENT
Our showroom is located in the heart of Copenhagen K and is accessible by appointment only. When you book, you are invited to a personalized experience where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and view our jewellery up close. You also have the opportunity to collect your order, explore our collections, or create a bespoke piece with us.
CERTIFICATE
All jewellery is delivered with a certificate of authenticity. This certificate guarantees that the piece is genuine as described. Diamonds of 0.20 carat and above are accompanied by a certificate issued by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
DELIVERY AND PICK-UP
Each piece is made to order and delivered within 2–4 weeks. For express delivery within 1–2 weeks, please contact us directly at +45 28 44 50 10. You are also welcome to pick up your jewellery at our showroom in the heart of Copenhagen.

RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return policy.
1 | Pack the item as it was delivered, including the jewellery, certificate, and receipt.
2 | Complete the return form, which can be found in your order confirmation email.
3 | Visit your local post office to print and attach the required shipping label, then send the item.
You are required to return the item in the same condition and quantity as it was received.
