DELIVERY & RETURNS

Each piece is made to order. Delivery time is approximately 4-6 weeks. Please contact us should you require your order sooner. Collection is also available at our showroom in the heart of Copenhagen.

International Shipping
International shipments are handled by FedEx, DHL, or UPS, depending on the destination country. You can track your order throughout the entire shipping process.

Please be advised that orders outside the EU may be subject to customs fees upon arrival in your country. These expenses are not covered by Jonatan Dro

How to return your package

1. Pack the item in the same way as it was delivered. Include the piece of jewellery, the certificate, the receipt and the attached return form.

2. Complete the return link that you will find in the order confirmation email.

3. Visit the post office to print and attach the required package label and ship the item.

You are obliged to return the item in the same condition and quantity as it was received.
