We have chosen not to have a physical store, as we have eliminated the conventional costs typically associated with a traditional jewelry shop. RETURNS - 60 DAYS
How to return your package - 60 days of free returns
- Pack the item in the same way it was delivered. This includes the jewelry, certificate, and receipt.
- Fill out the return form, which you can find in the order confirmation email.
- Visit the post office to print and attach the required shipping label and send the item.
You are obligated to return the item in the same condition and quantity as it was received.

All our jewelry comes with a certificate that carefully details the specifications of the piece, including the purity of the precious metal as well as the origin, clarity, color, and total carat weight of the diamonds. For diamonds over 0.40 ct., a GIA certificate is also included.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY RING DOESN'T FIT?
We offer free resizing of your ring by up to five sizes within 90 days of the order date. If your ring doesn't fit, we will ensure it is adjusted to fit perfectly on your finger.
