Our supplier is certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC). The certification is the leading international standard for responsible jewellery production and covers the entire value chain, from the sourcing of raw materials to the finished piece. RJC sets strict requirements for ethical business practices, transparency, responsible environmental management and fair working conditions, including fair wages, workplace safety and respect for human rights.
Each piece of jewellery is therefore crafted according to rigorous standards of quality and responsibility. Materials are carefully selected, and production follows principles of sustainability and ethical craftsmanship. All repairs and advanced goldsmithing work are carried out at an atelier in Copenhagen, where experience, precision and traditional craftsmanship come together.
THE KIMBERLEY PROCESS
Our diamonds are traded in accordance with the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS), an international initiative established to prevent conflict diamonds from entering the global trade. The scheme sets requirements for the control, documentation and traceability of rough diamonds traded between participating countries.
The Kimberley Process was established through cooperation between governments, the diamond industry and civil society, and since 2003 has provided an international framework for the trade in rough diamonds. The certification scheme requires shipments of rough diamonds to be accompanied by official Kimberley Process certificates and to be traded exclusively between participating countries.
All of our natural diamonds are sourced through established and professional suppliers operating within these international frameworks. This contributes to a responsible and transparent supply chain from the diamond’s origin to the finished piece of jewellery.
