MATCHING DIAMOND PAIRS

A curated selection of carefully matched pairs of natural fancy color diamonds, selected for their similarity in color, carat weight, cut, and proportions.

Finding two natural fancy color diamonds that closely match can be significantly more challenging than finding a single diamond. Each pair is therefore selected with a focus on achieving a harmonious and consistent appearance, making them particularly well suited for exclusive earrings or other jewelry designs where two diamonds are intended to form a natural pair.

Each diamond in the collection is individually certified by GIA.

THE ART OF MATCHING DIAMONDS

Finding one exceptional fancy color diamond is one thing. Finding two that complement each other in color, size, cut, and visual proportions requires an entirely different level of selection.

A matching diamond pair consists of two individually graded diamonds, carefully chosen to appear beautifully balanced together. Their carat weights do not need to be identical, but any difference should be subtle enough for the diamonds to appear naturally matched to the eye.

With fancy color diamonds, color is particularly important. Even diamonds with the same official GIA color grade can vary in hue, saturation, and color distribution. For this reason, a truly well-matched pair is selected not only by comparing certificates, but by carefully considering how the two diamonds appear alongside one another.

Cut and proportions are equally important. Two diamonds may have almost identical carat weights yet appear noticeably different in size or character if their proportions and faceting differ. Creating a beautifully matched pair therefore requires a careful balance of several individual characteristics.

Matching pairs are particularly suited to earrings and other jewelry designs where two diamonds are presented side by side. Their visual harmony creates an elegant sense of balance and symmetry, while allowing each diamond to retain its own individual character.
