CERTIFICATE
All jewellery is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, guaranteeing that your piece is genuine and matches its described specifications. Diamonds weighing 0.20 carats and above are supplied with a certificate issued by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
DELIVERY & COLLECTION
All jewellery is handcrafted to order with a production time of 4–6 weeks. If you require your order sooner, please don't hesitate to contact us.
You are also welcome to collect your jewellery from our showroom in the heart of Copenhagen.

1 | Pack the item in the same way it was delivered, including the jewellery, certificate, and receipt.
2 | Complete the return request using the return link found in your order confirmation email.
3 | Visit your local post office to print and attach the return shipping label before sending the parcel.
The item must be returned in the same condition and quantity as it was received.

FIND YOUR SIZE
To find your tennis bracelet size, all you need is a piece of string.
1 | Wrap the string around your wrist so it fits comfortably - neither too tight nor too loose.
2 | Measure the length of the string. For a closer fit, add 1 cm to your measurement. For a looser fit, add 2 cm. This will give you the ideal bracelet size.
