1. Pack the item in the same way it was delivered. Include the jewelry, certificate and receipt.
2. Fill in the return link that you will find in the order confirmation email.
3. Visit the post office to print and attach the required shipping label and ship the item.
You are obliged to return the item in the same condition and quantity as it was received.
